Delightful and spooky treat perfect for Halloween, combining gooey marshmallows and crunchy Rice Krispies shaped like brains.

- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 5–7 drops red food coloring
- Red writing gel icing
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Line a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Coat your hands with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows, stirring constantly until melted.
- Remove from heat and add red food coloring, stirring gently.
- Fold in the Rice Krispies and remaining marshmallows.
- Divide the mixture into 12 scoops and shape each into an oval, pressing two ovals together to form a brain shape.
- Indent the centers and edges to create brain folds.
- Use red writing gel icing to trace veins and add dripping details.
