Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until well blended.
  3. Cut chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Wrap a small amount of cheese mixture around each seasoned chicken piece, forming ball shapes.
  5. Dredge each chicken ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
