Description

An indulgent dessert that combines creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate in a stunning rolled cake.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 roll of chocolate cake (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate the peanut butter mixture for about 30 minutes.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  4. Roll out the chocolate cake and spread the chilled peanut butter mixture evenly on top.
  5. Starting from one end, carefully roll the cake into a log.
  6. Place the cake on a serving platter and pour the melted chocolate over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.

Notes

Optional: Add chopped nuts to the filling for extra crunch. Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
