An indulgent dessert that combines creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate in a stunning rolled cake.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 roll of chocolate cake (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Refrigerate the peanut butter mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Roll out the chocolate cake and spread the chilled peanut butter mixture evenly on top.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the cake into a log.
- Place the cake on a serving platter and pour the melted chocolate over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
Notes
Optional: Add chopped nuts to the filling for extra crunch. Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
