- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon milk (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares or rectangles.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry square and top with fresh raspberries.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to shape.
- Beat the egg with milk and brush over the pastries.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and flaky.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
