- 200g raspberries
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, sugar, and egg until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out cookies in your desired shapes.
- Place a raspberry in the center of half of the cookies.
- Top each with another cookie and seal the edges.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
