Description

Delicious Raspberry Cookies that combine sweet and tart flavors with a delightful texture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 250g flour
  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 200g raspberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, sugar, and egg until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out cookies in your desired shapes.
  4. Place a raspberry in the center of half of the cookies.
  5. Top each with another cookie and seal the edges.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
