  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and peanut butter: In a saucepan over low heat, combine the unsalted butter and creamy peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients: Pour the melted butter and peanut butter over the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Press the mixture into the pan: Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and press down firmly.
  6. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
