Instructions
- Prepare your pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and peanut butter: In a saucepan over low heat, combine the unsalted butter and creamy peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients: Pour the melted butter and peanut butter over the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into the pan: Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and press down firmly.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Top the bars with chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly.
- Chill and set: Refrigerate for at least one hour.
