Description
A delightful no-bake dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with crispy, chewy Rice Krispie treats.
Ingredients

- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 bags (10 ounces each) miniature marshmallows, divided
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 7 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, broken into pieces
- 3 Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
- Optional topping: 1-2 Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven’s broiler on high for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread half of the mini marshmallows (1 bag) on the baking sheet and broil until toasted and golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Remove the toasted marshmallows from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat, then add the remaining non-toasted marshmallows. Stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Fold in the crispy rice cereal and graham cracker pieces until mostly combined.
- Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Gently fold in the chocolate pieces and toasted marshmallows.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press down gently with a greased spatula.
- Let set for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
- For an optional topping, drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled treats and refrigerate until set.
- Lift the treats out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container with parchment or wax paper in between layers for up to 3 days.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers.
