- 1–2 tablespoons cold water (if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, softened butter, cheddar cheese, chopped pecans, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Mix until the dough comes together; add cold water if needed.
- Roll the dough into a log shape, wrap it in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Slice the chilled dough into thin rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
