Ingredients
Scale
- 2 packs of Korean ramen noodles
- 200g beef (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetables (optional, e.g., spinach or mushrooms)
Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until every piece is well coated and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- Cook the Noodles: Add the ramen noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Sauté the Beef: In a separate pan, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.

- Combine and Serve: Gently fold the sautéed beef into your pot of creamy ramen broth.
- Garnish and Enjoy: Serve in bowls garnished with chopped green onions and any additional vegetables.
