- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1/2 cup frosting
- 1 cup melted candy coating
- Lollipop sticks
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Bake the vanilla cake mix according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
- Mix in the frosting until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted candy coating and insert it into each cake ball.
- Dip the entire cake pops into the melted candy coating and tap off any excess.
- If desired, decorate with sprinkles and allow to set on parchment paper until the coating hardens.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
