- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, corn, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until evenly incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with crushed tortilla chips and chopped green onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra spice, add diced jalapeños or serve with guacamole and salsa.
