Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh corn kernels, sour cream, melted butter, cornmeal, honey, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- If desired, fold in shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and distribute evenly.
