Description

A refreshing Tropical Smoothie blend of frozen fruits that transports you to a sun-kissed beach.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen raspberries, mango, pineapple, and bananas.
  2. Pour in the whole milk and Greek yogurt.
  3. Blend everything together until it reaches a silky smooth texture, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the blender.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add additional milk a little at a time until you achieve your desired consistency.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute whole milk with almond or coconut milk, and consider using low-sugar yogurt.
