- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen raspberries, mango, pineapple, and bananas.
- Pour in the whole milk and Greek yogurt.
- Blend everything together until it reaches a silky smooth texture, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the blender.
- If the mixture is too thick, add additional milk a little at a time until you achieve your desired consistency.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute whole milk with almond or coconut milk, and consider using low-sugar yogurt.
