- 4 Croissants
- 4 oz Goat Cheese
- 1 Apple, sliced
- Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of goat cheese on the inside of each croissant half.
- Add sliced apples on top of the goat cheese.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Close the croissants and brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until warm and slightly golden.
