- 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
- 4 oz. brie cheese, cut into cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- Candied pecans (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Place your wheel of brie in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 16 squares (approximately 3×3 inches).
- Place each square in the muffin tin and mold them into the shape of the tin.
- Cut the brie into cubes and place one cube in the center of each puff pastry square.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over each brie cube.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then pop them out of the tin.
- Garnish with candied pecans and rosemary, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, ensure the puff pastry is fully thawed and the brie is chilled for easier cutting. Experiment with different fruit preserves or sauces for variety.
