- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan with a light coat of butter.
- Cream the softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add room-temperature milk and eggs, mixing well after each addition.
- Mash the ripe bananas and fold into the mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and add the topping.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.

Store at room temperature for 1-2 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
