Description

A delightful appetizer combining creamy cheeses with tart cranberries, perfect for holiday gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, softened, rind removed
  • 4 ounces sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried cranberries, divided
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and Brie until smooth.
  2. Add shredded white cheddar and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in chopped chives and 1/4 cup of dried cranberries.
  4. Transfer the mixture to plastic wrap and form into a ball.
  5. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Combine chopped pistachios and remaining dried cranberries on a plate.
  7. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in the pistachio and cranberry mixture until fully coated.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
