Description

Quick and satisfying no-bake clusters combining chocolate and peanut butter for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder, stirring frequently until melted.
  3. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil for exactly 60 seconds, then remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  5. Add the oats and mix to coat evenly.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters.
  7. Let sit at room temperature until cooled and set, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
