A delightful pasta salad combining crab and shrimp in a creamy dressing, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 8 oz macaroni
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup relish
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, crab meat, shrimp, diced celery, bell pepper, and green onions. Toss gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and relish until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture. Stir until well coated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
For an extra crunch, add diced cucumbers or swap seafood for chicken or tofu. Add green onions right before serving for freshness.
