Description

Delicious and creamy popsicles made with fresh orange juice and a blend of heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk, perfect for a refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh orange juice, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the orange zest, vanilla extract, sugar, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds, positioning them straight.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the mold for a few seconds, then gently remove the popsicles and enjoy.

Notes

For a healthier version, substitute low-fat yogurt for heavy cream or use agave nectar instead of sugar.
