Delicious and creamy popsicles made with fresh orange juice and a blend of heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk, perfect for a refreshing summer treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh orange juice, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until well blended.
- Add the orange zest, vanilla extract, sugar, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds, positioning them straight.
- Place the molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the mold for a few seconds, then gently remove the popsicles and enjoy.
Notes
For a healthier version, substitute low-fat yogurt for heavy cream or use agave nectar instead of sugar.
