Description

Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are a delicious combination of juicy salmon and crunchy panko breadcrumbs, coated in a creamy and slightly spicy Bang Bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup Bang Bang sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare your breading stations with three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Coat each salmon piece in flour, then dip in eggs, and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the coated salmon bites in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
