Description

Ingredients

  • 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Slice the chicken breasts into 1.5-inch pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the Italian seasoned bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried basil, dried thyme, and salt. Mix well.
  4. In a separate dish, pour in the melted butter.
  5. Dip each piece of chicken into the melted butter, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
