- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Milk (optional, adjust for consistency)
Instructions
- Prepare the pan by lining a 20 cm loaf pan with parchment paper or greasing it.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until only small lumps remain.
- Add Greek yogurt, egg, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt; whisk until combined.
- Fold in oat flour, almond flour, and baking powder gently.
- Check batter consistency; add milk if needed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before removing from the pan and serving.
Notes
For a twist, try adding nuts or dried fruits. Store slices in the freezer for later enjoyment.
