Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Milk (optional, adjust for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan by lining a 20 cm loaf pan with parchment paper or greasing it.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until only small lumps remain.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, egg, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt; whisk until combined.
  4. Fold in oat flour, almond flour, and baking powder gently.
  5. Check batter consistency; add milk if needed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool before removing from the pan and serving.

Notes
