Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot and pour the chicken broth over them. Add the taco seasoning, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
- Seal the Instant Pot lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir in the black beans and corn.
- Serve the mixture in taco shells or tortillas and add your favorite toppings.
