Description

A magical treat combining nostalgia with a modern twist, Hocus Pocus S’mores Pops are easy to make, delicious, and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 graham crackers, halved
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 bag candy eyes
  • 1 container black cookie frosting

Instructions

  1. Spread about 1 tablespoon of marshmallow creme on half of the graham cracker halves.
  2. Place a popsicle stick halfway into the marshmallow creme.
  3. Top each stick with another graham cracker to create a sandwich.
  4. Position the sandwiches on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze while preparing the chocolate sauce.
  5. Microwave the semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in a medium heatproof bowl in 20-second increments, stirring in between until melted.
  6. Dip the graham cracker sandwiches into the chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Attach one candy eye on each pop and return to the baking sheet.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes.
  9. Decorate with black cookie frosting, drawing a circle around the eye and adding details.
  10. Let the decorated pops set in the refrigerator for at least another 15 minutes.

Notes

These pops can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks. They are perfect for parties and can be customized with different decorations.
