Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix gently until just combined.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your donut pan.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each donut cavity about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Use a piping bag to fill the cooled donuts with the whipped cream.

- Allow excess glaze to drip off and let donuts set on a wire rack before serving.
