Description

A refreshing salad combining crispy broccoli and sweet Honeycrisp apples, perfect for any meal or gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 large Honeycrisp apple, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Rinse and chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Core and slice the Honeycrisp apple into thin wedges.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion.
  4. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, sliced apple, red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries. Toss gently.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and cider vinegar until smooth.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
