Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle chips, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the dill pickle chips, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil or melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over the dip.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
