- 1 cup dill pickle chips, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
- Add the dill pickle chips, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil or melted butter, then sprinkle evenly over the dip.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
