These Jack Skellington Oreo Pops are a whimsical Halloween treat made from Oreo cookies coated in white chocolate, perfect for parties or family gatherings.

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 12 lollipop sticks
- 12 Halloween Oreos
- Black icing for decorating
- 12 black ribbons
Instructions
- In a medium heatproof bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second increments, stirring until melted and smooth (about 1 minute total).
- Carefully insert lollipop sticks into the cream of each Halloween Oreo.
- Hold each Oreo over the bowl of melted chocolate and spoon the chocolate over both sides to coat. Allow excess to drip back into the bowl.
- Arrange the coated Oreos on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until hardened, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Using black icing and a toothpick, draw Jack’s smile and eyes on the Oreos.
- Let cool slightly and tie a black ribbon in a bow at the bottom of each pop.
