- 1 pound Kielbasa or Smoked Sausages
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough sheets and pinch the seams together to form a large rectangle.
- Spread the shredded cheese along one edge of the dough.
- Lay a sausage link atop the cheese, then roll it up and seal the seam.
- Slice the rolls into ¾-inch rounds and place each round on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Brush the glaze over each roll and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm with dipping sauces.
