Description

A delightful salad combining tender lamb’s lettuce, creamy feta, and crunchy walnuts, perfect for a light meal or side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 150g Feldsalat (lamb’s lettuce)
  • 100g Feta cheese
  • 50g walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Feldsalat under cold water and pat dry. Place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Crumble the Feta cheese over the salad.
  3. Chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the salad.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best freshness, dress the salad just before serving. Consider substituting walnuts with almonds or pecans.
