Ingredients

- 150g Feldsalat (lamb’s lettuce)
- 100g Feta cheese
- 50g walnuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the Feldsalat under cold water and pat dry. Place in a large salad bowl.
- Crumble the Feta cheese over the salad.
- Chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Serve immediately.
Notes
For best freshness, dress the salad just before serving. Consider substituting walnuts with almonds or pecans.
