- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 small flour tortillas
- Cooking spray or olive oil
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cheese, and cream cheese.
- Add salsa, spices, salt, and pepper, and stir until fully blended.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto each tortilla, leaving room to roll.
- Roll tightly, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Lightly spray or brush tops with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using low-sugar salsa and whole grain tortillas. Ensure the filling isn’t too wet to prevent sogginess.
