Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray or olive oil
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cheese, and cream cheese.
  4. Add salsa, spices, salt, and pepper, and stir until fully blended.
  5. Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto each tortilla, leaving room to roll.
