Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak (sliced thin)
  • 2 bell peppers (sliced, any color)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the sliced steak, bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, beef broth, cornstarch, and olive oil until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the steak and vegetables in the slow cooker.
