- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then add the milk and red food coloring; mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips evenly into the mixture.
- Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 11-13 minutes until edges are set.
- Allow cooling for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
