- Olive oil for brushing
- 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Toast in the oven for 5–8 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then let cool for 2 minutes.
- Spread ricotta generously on each slice.
- Drizzle honey over the ricotta.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
- Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
