Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Roll heaping tablespoons of the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Crush the pretzels into small pieces.
- Once firm, roll each ball in the crushed pretzels until well-coated.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the coated balls and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate to enjoy later.
Notes
