Description

Delicious bite-sized treats with creamy cheesecake, sweet caramel, and a crunchy pretzel coating, sprinkled with sea salt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Roll heaping tablespoons of the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Crush the pretzels into small pieces.
  5. Once firm, roll each ball in the crushed pretzels until well-coated.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the coated balls and sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate to enjoy later.

Notes

For a twist, consider adding chopped nuts or using flavored extracts instead of vanilla. Clean your hands with water while rolling to prevent sticking.
