Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, unfed sourdough starter, yogurt, milk, olive oil, and salt.
- Mix until no dry flour remains, forming a shaggy dough.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 6-8 hours.
- Once risen, punch down the dough, divide it into eight equal portions, and roll each into a ball.
- Roll each ball into an oval or circle about 1/8 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, ensuring it’s hot enough to sizzle water.
- Cook the shaped naan in the skillet, flipping until golden brown and bubbly.
