- 1 pound flatbread dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese shaped like ghosts
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Lightly oil a large baking sheet.
- Roll out the flatbread dough into a rectangle to fit the pan.
- Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the cauliflower florets evenly across the flatbread.
- Bake the flatbread for 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and lay mozzarella ghost cutouts on the melted cheese.
- Press the sliced black olives into the ghosts.
- Scatter whole or halved black olives around the flatbread.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then sprinkle with fresh parsley or cilantro.
- Slice into squares and serve warm.
