Description

Delightful Thai Basil Beef Rolls filled with aromatic ground beef, fresh Thai basil, and crisp vegetables, wrapped in delicate spring roll wrappers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Vegetables for filling (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked through.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in the fresh Thai basil leaves.
  5. Lay a spring roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture along with chopped vegetables in the center.
  6. Carefully roll the wrapper tightly around the filling, folding in the edges to seal.
  7. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling until all ingredients are used.
  8. Serve fresh or lightly pan-fried until golden brown.

Notes

Add lime juice to the filling for a zesty kick. Include cabbage or bean sprouts for added texture. Serve with dipping sauce for extra flavor.
