- 2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and arrange the triangles in a circular formation on the lined baking sheet, overlapping the wide ends.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, melted cheese, mayonnaise (or cream cheese), Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Spoon the filling onto the wide ends of the crescent dough, forming a mound. Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck them under.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Let cool for five minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush with melted butter or sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can also use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
