Description

A delightful blend of Thanksgiving flavors wrapped in a warm, flaky crescent dough, filled with turkey, cranberry sauce, and melty cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and arrange the triangles in a circular formation on the lined baking sheet, overlapping the wide ends.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, melted cheese, mayonnaise (or cream cheese), Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Spoon the filling onto the wide ends of the crescent dough, forming a mound. Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck them under.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  6. Let cool for five minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush with melted butter or sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can also use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
