  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean, flat surface.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add the finely chopped bell peppers, chopped spinach, and sliced black olives to the cheese mixture and stir well.
  4. Season the mixture with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste, then mix again.
  5. Lay the tortilla wrap flat and spread a generous layer of the veggie and cheese mixture evenly across it.
  6. Starting from one side, carefully roll the tortilla away from you into a tight cylinder.
  7. Use a sharp knife to slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheel shapes, about 1 to 1.5 inches wide.
  8. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
