  • 1 3/4 cups (210g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: decorative sprinkles or colored sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually add the icing sugar, mixing until well combined and smooth, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add cornstarch, all-purpose flour, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  5. Using a piping bag or cookie scoop, pipe or place rounded balls of dough on the baking sheets, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
